About the Role
Inpro is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Ascend Project Coordinator to manage projects from award through completion. In this role, you’ll serve as a key connection between customers, Sales, Product Management, and internal support teams—keeping project details, orders, documentation, and schedules moving in the right direction.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and brings strong project-management skills and attention to detail.
What You’ll Do
• Partner with inside and outside sales representatives and customers to gather project details and requirements in alignment with project schedules.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date project trackers and communicate key milestones, changes, and priorities.
• Work directly with customers to ensure orders are complete and entered accurately.
• Manage post-award project activities, including:
• Contract submissions
• ESRs and SDRs
• Customer bids and submittals
• Order status and shipment tracking
• Partial shipments and expediting
• Change orders
• Material returns
• Customer-service matters
• Project closeout documentation
• Coordinate Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings to support successful project outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager and Product Manager Assistant to ensure engineered part numbers are accurately created and successfully introduced into the sales process.
• Develop and deliver training, work instructions, and ongoing process support for the sales team.
• Help reduce controllable returns and allowances by improving order accuracy and project coordination.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Experience or knowledge of the construction industry and related products.
• Strong project-management, organizational, and follow-through skills.
• Proficiency with CRM workflows.
• Proficiency with Macola and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A collaborative, customer-focused approach with exceptional attention to detail.
Key Working Relationships
• Reports to the Divisional Sales Director.
• Partners closely with the Product Manager and Sales Representatives.
• Collaborates with CRM and Experlogix team members.
• Communicates professionally with customers, business partners, and other external contacts.
