Rapyd is looking for a Data Analyst to join our data analytics team and take a leading role in shaping data-driven decisions across the company. This is a true all-around role: you'll move fluidly from recurring reporting to complex, open-ended analyses, owning initiatives end to end - from problem definition and data exploration to insights and recommendations. You'll partner closely with teams across the company, including Product, Operations, R&D, Finance, Marketing, Risk, Compliance, Sales, and senior leadership. As a trusted data partner, you'll help stakeholders navigate ambiguous questions, challenge assumptions, and make informed decisions that directly impact Rapyd's strategy and performance.
What you’ll do
- Lead complex data analyses to drive strategic business decisions
- Translate ambiguous business questions into clear analytical frameworks
- Build and maintain scalable dashboards, reports, and data models
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities from large, complex datasets
- Present insights and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders
- Define and uphold analytical standards across the team
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an analyst in a high-tech environment
- SQL and Python as core working languages
- Hands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools (Looker is a plus)
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
- Strong storytelling skills with a high level of ownership
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English
