Job Description

The Senior Officer for TLP Leased is a critical role responsible for the comprehensive management of third-party tower and fiber lease providers. This position ensures that all external partners meet their contractual obligations, performance KPIs, and service level agreements. The role involves strategic oversight, performance analysis, and hands-on coordination for site-related activities, including relocations and equipment dismantling. You will act as a key liaison between internal technology divisions and external partners, driving governance and ensuring all operations contribute effectively to the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure services provided by TLP and FLP partners adhere to agreed-upon contracts.

• Review, monitor, and report on the performance of TLP and FLP partners to management.

• Conduct trouble ticket (TT) reconciliation with TLP and FLP partners.

• Coordinate with internal and external parties for site relocations and the dismantling of equipment.

• Manage and monitor interactions with all external parties related to IOH, ensuring smooth collaboration.

• Establish and lead governance and reconciliation meetings with TLP and FLP partners.

• Translate company strategy into a divisional work plan, establish KPIs, and manage the team budget.

• Manage and track Service Level Agreements (SLA)/KPIs for the Managed Service Team as per contractual agreements.

Qualification

Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Telecom / IT / Industrial Engineering.5-10 years expert role in the areas of telecommunication industries.

Strong ability to interact, communicate, present and influence within multiple levels of the organization.

Strategic thinker with ability to understand Network Improvement strategy,

Strong analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously to meet tight deadlines and drive activity projects to completion.

Eagerness to accept increased responsibility and self-motivated.

Strong drive for execution and delivering results.

Highly committed to quality and timely result of the works.

Ability to manage vendor manage service.

Strong in vendor management.

Good Communication (speaking & writing) in English.

Experience:

3 years of experiences in telecommunication industries.

3 years of experiences in TLP - 3rd Party Management.

Expert in TLP - 3rd Party Management

Good Knowledge in RAN & Transport Technology
