Position Overview

This role is responsible for executing procurement and sourcing activities to support project delivery in EPC environments. The position ensures timely, cost-effective, and compliant acquisition of goods and services aligned with project requirements.

The incumbent manages or supports supplier selection, RFQ processes, bid evaluation, contract execution, and supplier performance monitoring. The role ensures alignment with commercial objectives, technical requirements, and project schedules while maintaining compliance with governance and procurement policies.

The position contributes to project success by managing supplier relationships, ensuring delivery reliability, and optimizing cost and quality outcomes.

This role requires strong negotiation skills, commercial understanding, and experience in global supply chain and EPC procurement processes.

The role supports reliable and cost-effective project delivery by integrating procurement strategy, supplier performance, subcontract management, contract administration, logistics planning, and material availability with project priorities. It is expected to maintain close coordination with engineering, quality, construction, finance, and project controls to ensure that supply chain activities support schedule commitments, technical compliance, and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibility

  • Develop procurement plans, sourcing priorities, and execution schedules
  • Manage buyers, package teams, and supplier performance across project scope
  • Lead negotiations, commercial alignment, and issue resolution with vendors
  • Control procurement KPIs, risk registers, and reporting to project management
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, contract requirements, and audit expectations
  • Drive cross-functional coordination with engineering, logistics, expediting, and construction teams

Qualification

  • 10~18 years of procurement or supply chain experience in EPC, offshore, or heavy industrial projects
  • Strong commercial, contractual, and project execution understanding
  • Demonstrated people leadership and stakeholder management capability
  • Fluent English communication required
