Why join Ivo?

Every civilization runs on the same infrastructure: agreements between people who don't fully trust each other. Sumerians pressed them into clay. Romans carved them into stone. We bury them in 80-page PDFs.

The way those agreements are reviewed hasn't changed in four thousand years - a human reads the whole thing and tries not to miss anything. We're building the AI that finally changes that. Ivo is the contract intelligence platform of choice for companies like Uber, Meta, Canva, IBM, and Shopify. We recently raised our Series B and have grown 800% over the last 12 months.

Scope of the Role

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will support me in product-area marketing across Ivo's core products (Review, Collaborate, Assistant, Intelligence), and be responsible for:

  • Driving the T1–T4 launch process end to end — tiering updates, writing positioning and launch narrative, and running launches to completion.
  • Building product-area messaging and enablement that keeps pace with engineering's shipping velocity.
  • Partnering closely with Product and Engineering to stay ahead of the roadmap and translate updates into customer-facing value.
  • Partnering with Karis and the solutions side to connect product capabilities to persona and use-case messaging.
  • Freeing up strategic capacity at the Head of PMM level for strategy, category, and tentpole work. Head of PMM will still own major T1 releases such as Collaborate.

Why Now?

The cost of waiting is measured in strategic work deferred and momentum lost. At current velocity, the back half of the year could bring more than 100 updates through our process. Every one that a two-person team has to absorb reactively is a week pulled from category creation, company level messaging & positioning, analyst relations — the work that compounds and that no one else can do. This is also the natural next step now that the launch foundation is built: we've made the investment in the operating system, and this hire is what lets us actually run it at scale.

Ideal Candidate Profile

A seasoned product marketer with strong product fluency and the judgment to run independently — someone who can own a fast launch cadence without hand-holding on every update. Experience marketing technical products to sophisticated buyers is essential; experience in legal tech, B2B SaaS, or a comparably fast-shipping product environment is a strong plus.
