Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, 0 to 1, etc.).
- Experience developing consumer software products in the mobile space.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- 3 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
- Experience with computing, mobile operating systems, and software application development lifecycles.
- Ability to define program ideas, strategy, and execution plans.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $163000 - $236000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

- Work with partner teams (e.g., engineers, program managers, UX) during product design and development to implement the requirements to turn PRDs into OKRs for one or more teams.
- Define product roadmaps by operationalizing strategy.
- Develop and secure buy-in for a product idea that identifies, defines, and supports the overall product narrative and direction, achieving an outcome that is greater than the sum of its parts.
- Define the multi-year software experience strategy for this key switching driver, manage roadmap and priorities, and oversee high quality on-time execution.
- Partner with cross-functional teams within Pixel, as well as Android teams to drive Pixel differentiation and AI-powered innovation for its key value pillar of personalization.
