JOB MAIN PURPOSE

This position is responsible for driving the strategic planning, development, and successful introduction of innovative our product to the market. The position will leverage market insights and customer-facing team’s feedback to refine product offerings, ensuring a seamless launch process and maximizing market impact. By acting as the primary liaison between stakeholders, the PM/SPM will facilitate communication, coordinate activities, and deliver results that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Also responsible for driving strategic execution with a strong focus on outcomes, aligned to the vision of a product. They have a deep product and strategic knowledge, embody DSO and VACC behaviors, and lead the team by fostering a strong sense of unity and prioritizing collective success over individual performance.

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive brand strategy to deliver business growth, P&L impact, and launch excellence, ensuring clear priorities, strong cross-functional alignment, and measurable outcomes.
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration and working to ensure the brand management (strategic development, tactical implementation, P&L management, building materials, quota – tender building, channel development, new market assessment…)
  • Manage and work with external vendors to create personalized marketing campaigns through Omni-channels.
  • Strategically engage and leverage KOL partnerships to generate market insights, shape evidence-based brand strategies, and strengthen customer influence and market impact.
  • Strategically leverage AI tools/ digital to improve execution, enhance customer impact, increase operational efficiency, and accelerate effective CVRM/ WHC portfolio initiatives.
  • Drive high-impact project delivery by managing scope, budget, timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure quality execution and measurable business outcomes.
  • Achieve financial & non-financial KPIs and manage spending within allocated P&I budget.
  • Work cross functionally to obtain sufficient resources and support to deliver desired goals & performance in an efficient way.
  • Compliance with local and global code and regulations to ensure good reputation with all stakeholders and sustainability of our business
  • Capitalize the resources in growing the business capturing opportunities to deliver the best return on investment meeting the objectives and strategic plan

YOUR KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors in Pharmaceutical or Medical disciplines
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in ETC products in MNCs
  • Experience of any product and life cycle management, new launch in the pharmaceutical market
  • Strong leadership with effective communication and interpersonal skills demonstrating flexibility and a proven ability to deal with complexity under time pressure
  • Acts with a sense of accountability and urgency
  • Strong capability in utilizing AI and digital tools to enhance marketing effectiveness, streamline workflows, and improve execution efficiency
  • English fluent
