C&A is seeking an experienced, data driven, and highly customer focused Product Manager to join the Product Management team for our Fit for Future (F4F) Programme.
Digital Product Managers are responsible for leading the development and execution of our product roadmap, driving product innovation and ensuring the successful launch and adoption of products. Product Managers act as the voice of the customer within C&A, ensuring that we build and develop elegant solutions that enhance the customer experience. They are essential for driving customer-centricity within the organization.

Your responsibilities
- Drive the vision of your products and understand how it is embedded in the overall product and the digital strategy so that it can be translated into prioritized and actionable plans.
- Understand and define customer needs to set clear goals and KPIs for the product to ensure that the product creates and delivers tangible value for both our customers and our business alike. Coordinate the documentation of business requirements, user stories, and to-be-processes in scope.
- Validate ideas and assumptions in a short feedback loop to avoid risks earlier in the development process and build products that delight our consumers. Review / challenge business requirements when needed to ensure adoption of industry standards.
- Figure out solutions to complex problems by analyzing and utilizing data to inform product decisions and drive growth.
- Own the prioritization of your backlog, the discovery of strategic opportunities, enabling and empowering your team by providing product roadmaps and deliver consistently with a 'can do' attitude within a context of high alignment and high autonomy.
- Maintain a constant communication flow and updates about status of the development and initiatives to main stakeholders, collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and business offering transparency and enthusiastically communicate achievements.
What you bring
- Proven ability to utilize advanced analytical skills to drive evidence-based product development, understanding the importance of regularly measuring and analyzing product performance
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, marketing, computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Relevant experience in a similar product management role, with a demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery
- Fluent in English spoken and written
- Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders in a constructive and collaborative way
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and products simultaneously
- Willingness to roll up sleeves
- Extreme attention to detail
- Excellent business judgment and good instinct
