As a Business Analyst within the Salesforce CRM Product team, you will work closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders across the organization to define, analyze, and deliver enhancements that maximize the value of Salesforce CRM. You will play a key role in translating business needs into scalable solutions, improving user experiences, supporting operational excellence, and ensuring CRM capabilities align with business objectives.

How you will create impact:

  • Collaborate with partners across Business, Operations, Data and Technology teams for effective prioritization, gather requirements and support the delivery of Salesforce CRM enhancements.
  • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder discussions to identify business needs, document requirements, analyze impacts, and recommend scalable solutions that address operational and user experience challenges.
  • Build strong relationships across business and technology teams, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities that support the ongoing evolution of Salesforce CRM as a strategic enterprise platform.
  • Analyze business processes, user feedback, and data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, increased efficiency, stronger controls, and improved user experiences.

To join our team:

  • Minimum three years of related business experience.
  • Minimum two years’ experience in a Business Analyst role (including requirements elicitation, stakeholder facilitation, process analysis, and solution delivery).
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate discussions across business and technology teams and build consensus among stakeholders with diverse perspectives.
  • Strong Business knowledge and comprehension of applications, procedures, and workflows.
  • Experience supporting CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
  • Insurance or financial services experience is considered an asset.
  • CBAP, CCBA, Salesforce Business Analyst Certification, Salesforce Administrator Certification, or related certifications are considered assets.

Expected salary range $60,574.00 to $100,956.00

The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co-operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to: local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.​

Employees may also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation tied to individual and/or business performance, or other business metrics.
