This is a senior opportunity for a technology professional who will act as a strategic bridge between business areas and IT, translating needs into viable and value-driven solutions. You will identify opportunities for new projects and continuous improvements while assessing technical feasibility, risks, impacts, and dependencies. The role covers the full project lifecycle, from initial conception and business case development through delivery and transition to operations. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment across scope, priorities, quality, timelines, and business expectations. Strong autonomy and organization will be essential for managing multiple demands and maintaining visibility across initiatives. The position also offers an opportunity to influence technical practices, share knowledge, and contribute to the evolution of the broader team.

Accountabilities:

• Act as the main interface between business areas and IT, understanding needs, identifying opportunities for new projects, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

• Conduct technical feasibility studies and develop business cases to support strategic decision-making and investment prioritization.

• Follow projects throughout their complete lifecycle, from conception and exploration through development, delivery, and handover to the operations team.

• Maintain visibility over demands, tasks, priorities, project progress, and development activities, ensuring stakeholders have a clear view of status and next steps.

• Coordinate and follow up with multidisciplinary teams, promoting collaboration, alignment, accountability, and adherence to agreed timelines.

• Demonstrate strong self-management by independently organizing activities, priorities, dependencies, and deadlines in an efficient manner.

• Assess the technical feasibility of business requests during the prospecting stage, proactively identifying risks, impacts, dependencies, and potential implementation challenges.

• Ensure alignment between project scope, deadlines, quality standards, technical constraints, and the expectations of all involved stakeholders.

• Support the development and management of peers in similar roles by sharing knowledge, promoting best practices, and contributing to the team’s technical evolution.

Requirements:

• Hold a completed bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Have solid professional experience managing, coordinating, and delivering IT projects across different stages of the project lifecycle.

• Possess sufficient technical knowledge to collaborate effectively with development teams and understand architectures, integrations, and technology solutions.

• Demonstrate the ability to assess technical feasibility and evaluate the potential impacts, risks, and dependencies of proposed solutions.

• Have experience preparing business cases, effort estimates, and cost-benefit analyses to support technology and business decisions.

• Be familiar with project management methodologies, including agile and/or traditional approaches, as well as GUT analysis or similar prioritization frameworks.

• Have experience with rollout and cutover planning, supporting structured transitions from project delivery to operational environments.

• Demonstrate strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

• Have knowledge of CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, including Sales, Service, and Agentforce.

• Possess strong communication, organization, stakeholder management, and analytical skills, with the ability to operate independently while coordinating multiple teams and priorities.
