Job Description

The Senior Outbound Product Marketing Manager is the engine of execution. This role owns launches, messaging, enablement, and adoption, ensuring products are brought to market clearly, consistently, and effectively.

You are the connective tissue between product, sales, marketing, and client success. You don’t wait for direction - you drive momentum.

This is a client-facing role that includes direct engagement with clients through advisory boards, executive conversations, interviews, and attendance at industry or company events as needed.

A day in the life

  • Translate product strategy and roadmap initiatives into cohesive go-to-market narratives, launch plans, and enablement that drive business outcomes
  • Own release marketing planning and execution for assigned products
  • Own positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with buyers
  • Lead release marketing, ensuring launches are on-time, aligned, and impactful
  • Develop & deliver buyer and sales enablement assets: decks, demos, collateral, ROI calculators
  • Partner closely with product, sales, client success and marketing to improve adoption, win rates, and confidence
  • Track and report on launch and adoption metrics
  • Facilitate Customer Advisory Boards in partnership with Product and client success
  • Measure and optimize launch and adoption performance
  • Support evolving priorities and cross-functional initiatives as needed to advance product marketing and business outcomes

What success looks like

  • Product launches consistently deliver business impact, not just deliverables
  • Sales & Client Success know how to talk about the product and actually do
  • Enablement materials are used, not ignored
  • Messaging and positioning are clear, consistent, and aligned with inbound insights
  • Your assigned product line shows strong post-launch adoption and awareness

We are looking for someone who brings

  • 5-7 years in product marketing, marketing, or sales enablement
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate launch development, sharpen messaging, and raise the bar on output quality
  • Proven success leading complex product launches
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, including executive-level communication
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Demonstrated leadership through influence (formal people management not required)
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Salesforce, Asana, Klue, Clozd, Gong, Pendo, Claude and Microsoft Co-Pilot
