The “Business System Analyst” will be based in Flex North, reporting to the Business System Analyst lead

The Business Systems Analyst will serve as the first point of contact between the customer and IT. He will record the occurrence and solution of first-level support incidents, in addition to the implementation and registration of temporary solutions to failures in IT services in production lines while a permanent solution is implemented.:

What a typical day looks like:

  • Provide solutions to incidents of second and third functional and technical level.
  • Record the occurrence and resolution of support incidents.
  • Implementation and registration of permanent solutions to failures in IT services
  • To diagnose quality problems of application data.
  • Define, plan and implement preventive actions to avoid future incidents of known problems by the same source.
  • Prioritize and resolving support incidents generated in IT services.
  • Ensuring the availability of floor control systems.
  • Scale and ensure solving problems that cannot be resolved to the service provider.
  • Install and update applications on servers that provide services to manufacture.
  • Install software packages stuck to the rules in production environments.
  • Design, develop and implement tools that make efficient manufacturing processes of the business.
  • Documenting troubleshooting on a knowledge base.
  • Execute proactive tasks to prevent impact on IT systems.
  • Ensure proper registration of incidents of systems and their solution
  • Ensure stock levels needed for day to day
  • Ensure staff attendance is needed on site to support day to day

The experience we’re looking to add to our team;

  • Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Technology or related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in technical support.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Experience with networking and operating systems.
  • Basic experience with databases.
  • Basic programming knowledge.
  • Knowledge of servers.
  • Experience with Active Directory is preferred.
  • Experience with Zebra printers is preferred.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
