  • Lead the optimization of Yahoo’s programmatic advertising ecosystem, including GAM, SSP/DSP integrations, header bidding, open bidding, and RTB, to increase demand competition and maximize inventory value.
  • Use monetization data and experimentation to identify revenue opportunities, forecast impact, and translate insights into product priorities and measurable business outcomes.
  • Partner with Engineering, Data, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to launch and optimize ad products, formats, placements, and monetization solutions.
  • Evolve monetization strategies in response to changes in privacy, identity, first-party data, AI, and the programmatic advertising landscape.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Ad Tech, programmatic advertising, and publisher monetization, with a proven track record of driving ad revenue growth.
  • Strong expertise in GAM, SSP/DSP/RTB, header bidding (e.g. Prebid), and programmatic deal models such as PMP/PD/PG.
  • Proven experience in yield optimization, using eCPM, fill rate, viewability, pricing, demand diversification, and experimentation to maximize inventory value.
  • Product management experience with the ability to define priorities, drive product roadmaps, and partner closely with Engineering, Data, Sales, and external Ad Tech partners.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen, with the ability to translate monetization data and market trends into scalable product and revenue strategies.
  • A strong focus and deep knowledge in AI-driven products, with the ability to identify and shape emerging revenue opportunities through AI-enhanced ad technologies and operational efficiencies.
  • Professional fluency in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with local and global stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree required and must be based in Taiwan.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with media buying, ad operations, and campaign trafficking/reporting, with an understanding of both advertiser and publisher perspectives.
