The Opportunity
As a Product Marketer on the Adobe Acrobat team, you will help identify key opportunities for our product platform. You will focus on discovering new segments and areas for expansion. You will be passionate about crafting strategies that drive outstanding business growth!
As an experienced marketer, you have a deep appreciation for the customer, are data-driven, and proficient in marketing frameworks, channels, and tactics. You are a marketing generalist, skilled in different areas of marketing and can adapt to various key initiatives and strategic priorities. You have strong cultural awareness and excel at establishing relationships and credibility across diverse teams. You understand software as a service, AI, and subscription models and are a self-starter with strong initiative.
Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by identifying marketing opportunities, defining a clear cohesive strategy and approach
- Work closely with Product teams to identify and nurture new products and features
- Develop compelling value proposition messaging for products to convince prospects to try, buy, and adopt our software
- Partner across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Product, and Analytics teams to define strategic priorities
- Translate strategies into marketing initiatives with key cross-functional marketing teams
- Be a steward of the business, understanding financial impact, growth levers, and dashboard metrics
- Collaborate with research and insights teams to understand business trends and develop insights that translate into meaningful recommendations for growth
- Understand pricing strategies, freemium models, lineup, and promotion pricing
Requirements
- BS/BA with 10+ years of marketing experience; technology company and SaaS experience preferred. MBA or equivalent experience is preferred
- Product Marketing knowledge and background with consumer and/or small business preferred
- Analytical, proficient in dashboards and market research. Applies and interprets insights to advise decisions and strategic direction
- Demonstrates test & learn, and growth mentality
- Demonstrated leadership success in multifaceted environments, rapidly anticipating and adapting to shifting priorities
- Global cultural sensitivity and experience working with international teams
- Strong experience leading cross-functional multidisciplinary teams to drive high-impact business initiatives; highly collaborative work style
- Strong ability to frame issues, drive appropriate analyses, and make clear, impactful recommendations
- Outstanding analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent program management skills

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $145,400 -- $261,150 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.


In California, the pay range for this position is $180,300 - $261,150

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
