We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Core Banking Transformation programme, one of the most strategic initiatives within the organization.
Our mission is to modernize the banking landscape by migrating products, customer journeys, and operational processes from legacy platforms to a future-ready core banking environment. This is a complex transformation that sits at the heart of the business and requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery expertise.
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of migration initiatives, ensuring teams remain aligned, risks are proactively managed, and key milestones are achieved. You will work closely with business leaders, product teams, architects, engineers, operations, and external partners to deliver meaningful change for both customers and the organization.
We are also embracing AI-enabled ways of working and are looking for someone who is excited about leveraging AI to improve delivery, accelerate decision-making, and simplify complex processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale core banking migration projects from initiation through go-live and stabilization.
- Coordinate business, technology, operations, testing, and migration activities across multiple teams.
- Manage project plans, dependencies, budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Drive governance, reporting, and decision-making at program and senior management level.
- Ensure delivery complies with regulatory, security, risk, and audit requirements.
- Support the adoption of AI-enabled delivery practices across the programme.
- Contribute to the successful migration and decommissioning of legacy banking platforms.
About the team
You will become part of a highly ambitious transformation programme that combines deep banking expertise with modern technology. The team consists of business specialists, product leads, architects, engineers, operations experts, and transformation professionals who work together towards a shared goal: building the next generation of core banking capabilities. The environment is dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced. Success depends on strong partnerships, clear communication, and a hands-on approach to delivery.
You will be part of the Tribe Business Lending.
