We don't just report on the numbers; we find creative ways to manage big-picture challenges and bring strategic insights.
The name Google came from "googol," a mathematical term for the number 1 followed by 100 zeros. And nobody at Google loves big numbers like the Finance team when providing in depth analysis on all manner of strategic decisions across Google products. From developing forward-thinking analysis to generating management reports to scaling our automated financial processes, the Finance organization is an important partner and advisor to the business.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the core strategic bridge between Marketing and Finance, leveraging executive-level storytelling to influence cross-functional product finance partners and work across regions to align global narratives.
- Analyze brand equity, funnel conversion, and customer loyalty using both cost-based metrics (CPIA) and value-based metrics (iROAS) to establish robust financial guardrails that enable growth.
- Drive operational efficiency by piloting and scaling AI solutions to automate core financial workflows, freeing up team bandwidth for high-impact strategic work.
