How you’ll make an impact
1. You will take over the project documents (contract, technical agreement, Pre-cal, etc.) from sales and review the formal contract in process system.
2. You will create the order in SAP and maintenance the relevant information and establish project planning and maintain the planning dynamically; responsible to achieve internally and externally the execution of project planning.
3. You will take responsibility of daily project management activity including design review, resources review, purchasing requisition, following customer for contract, response to technical questions, issues and payments, to be in charge of change of scope, following company’s process on change management, coordinate internal supporting function for timing and cost analysis.
4. You will build and maintain customer relationship, follow Hitachi Energy's collection process to ensure receive the money on time, coordinate related resource to complete the payment procedure from customer, revenue forecast and coordinate related resource to reach the budget. Revenue KPI responsible.
5. You will involve in AR forecast and coordinate related resource to reach the budget. NWC(AR) KPI responsible and will do site visit and maintain customer relationship.
6. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. You hold a bachelor's degree or above.
2. Over 3 years of project management experience. 3. Skilled at office software, E-mail, SAP or ERP.
4. Ownership and Leadership with good team build and willing to help others.
5. Good inter-personal skills. Result orientation with positive attitude.
6. Willing to learn and quick to learn with self-motivator and self-starter.
7. Systematic approach to solve problems.
8. Be fluent in both written and spoken English.
