The Finance Analyst acts as a trusted business partner to the Finance and Supply Chain teams. The role will provide critical financial analysis related to supply chain and will drive an improved understanding of cost drivers. In addition, through strong governance of product, cost, and pricing ERP master data, the role the role enables end‑to‑end financial performance reporting across manufacturing, supply chain, and revenue activities. ​

What You'll Do:

Supply Chain Finance Reporting & Analysis

  • Deliver the supply chain finance month end processes, analysis and balance sheet management for RTD
  • Monitor and identity the drivers of RTD supply chain variances
  • Support the preparation and analysis of budget and forecast cycles for supply chain
  • Maintain standard costs for the full product portfolio
  • Provide financial and analytical support related to inventory and cost of goods sold
  • Support analysis & negotiation of MABIUC co-pack costs with MA Brewing
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

ERP Master Data Ownership & Governance

  • Maintain finance‑relevant master data within the ERP, including product, standard cost, raw materials, and packaging data
  • Ensure master data accuracy, completeness, and consistency to support financial reporting, planning, and operational execution
  • Support the establishment and enforcement of data governance standards, controls and approval workflows
  • Collaborate with Corporate Finance and IT on systems data and support with documentation standardization

What You Have:

  • 2 years of PQE Finance or Accounting experience​
  • Accounting Designation ACCA, ACA, CPA or CIMA with 3+ year PQE ​
  • Operational experience in manufacturing/production and related sub-processes such as BOM management ​is preferred
  • Strong systems / ERP background and mindset​
  • Works well with multi-disciplinary teams; business partnering experience desired​
