Industrial Data Integration Analyst

We are looking for an Industrial Data Integration Analyst to join our Industry X practice. In this role, you will help connect industrial operations with enterprise systems by designing and implementing scalable data integration solutions across IT and OT environments.

You will work on projects focused on industrial digitalization, operational data management, and industrial software integration, enabling organizations to leverage real-time operational data to improve decision-making, operational efficiency, and business performance.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between industrial systems and enterprise applications.

• Work with operational data from industrial equipment and systems, ensuring data quality, availability, and reliability.

• Develop and optimize SQL/PLSQL queries, procedures, and database components to support industrial data management.

• Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs and GraphQL services.

• Configure and support data exchange with OSIsoft PI System (PI Historian).

• Develop and maintain Java components that support industrial software integration solutions.

• Ensure the quality, consistency, and availability of operational data across IT and OT environments.

• Troubleshoot integration issues, optimize system performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with Automation, Operations, Digital, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

• Participate in testing, deployment, production support, and implementation activities.

Contribute to technical documentation, integration standards, and best practices.  

✅ Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Electronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience working with industrial software and data integration solutions.

• Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.

• Knowledge of Java.

• Experience integrating applications through REST APIs.

• Familiarity with GraphQL.

• Experience working with OSIsoft PI System (PI Historian).

• Understanding of IT/OT integration concepts and industrial data architectures.

• Familiarity with industrial environments such as manufacturing, energy, utilities, mining, or process industries.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Upper-intermediate or Advanced English.

 

⭐ Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of SCADA, DCS, or industrial control systems.

• Understanding of industrial communication protocols (OPC, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, etc.).

• Experience integrating industrial platforms with enterprise systems.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

• Experience working on Industry 4.0 or industrial digital transformation projects.
