Full description

International Card Services (ICS) brings together our International Consumer and Small & Medium Size Enterprises (SME) issuing activities, as well as our Commercial Large Market sales and account development teams. ICS issues Cards in 27 countries, and is responsible for two Joint Ventures covering around a dozen countries. The leaders in these countries are empowered to make decisions at a local level, in partnership with other local business leaders. Local teams are supported by two cross-market teams – the Centre of Excellence, and Risk & Control Management.

Act as the key lead of marketing analysts to drive product marketing, external partnership, and commercial growth initiatives across the Asia Cluster. The role supports Corporate Product value proposition enhancements, marketing campaigns, and strategic partnerships while leveraging data insights to drive business growth and ensuring product governance and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the key lead of the marketing analysts. Oversee the execution of commercial growth initiatives, product marketing, partnership opportunities, and compliance activities, including product form and Terms & Conditions (T&C) updates across Asia Cluster markets.
  • Identify and support external partnership opportunities through sales events, partner engagement, and other business development initiatives.
  • Support marketing campaigns to drive topline growth across Asia Cluster markets.
  • Support Market Compliance requests to ensure the product and business continue to meet applicable regulatory requirements

Qualifications

  • University degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, partnerships, business development, or commercial strategy.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to leverage data and analytics to identify opportunities, generate customer insights, support data-driven decision-making, and translate insights into actionable business plans.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
