Job Summary

Prepares and maintains accurate accounting records using established policies and procedures in order to properly reflect BMHCC's operating results and financial position. Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

  • Creates and performs analysis on financial and operational data.
  • Demonstrates an ability to evaluate and maintain the proper level of data integrity within the data warehouses of all available financial information systems.
  • Demonstrates computer proficiency with all System financial information systems including core transaction systems, decision support system, data warehouse and PC Financial Application tools to complete internal and external work products.
  • Completes assigned goals.

Minimum Required Experience

Recent hospital experience in decision support, budget or accounting.

Preferred/Desired Experience

3 years experience in healthcare.

Minimum Required Education

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience.

Preferred/Desired Education

Master's Degree.

Preferred/Desired Licensure

CPA
