Technical Product Manager – Commercial Sales Technology & AI

At FIS, our technology and our people are moving forward. We advance the way the world pays, banks and invests. We believe in building inclusive, diverse teams. Together, we innovate to help our colleagues, clients and communities succeed. If you're ready to grow your career and make an impact in fintech, we have one question: Are you FIS?

About the role:

Are you ready to own the sales technology and AI infrastructure that powers a global commercial organization — keeping it live, trusted, and embedded in the way sellers actually work?

FIS is looking for a Technical Product Manager to join the Sales Technology & AI team within Revenue Operations, Commercial Office. This is the role that takes ownership of a defined portfolio of seller-facing platforms and AI-enabled workflows — not just configuring them, but governing, documenting, and driving adoption across a large, distributed commercial organization.

This is an individual contributor role with genuine hands-on ownership. You will not manage a team — you will own the operational detail that keeps critical systems running and adopted. You will administer platforms, configure AI agents, maintain renewal intelligence dashboards, and serve as the go-to expert for the commercial technology stack. The ideal candidate brings the technical fluency to own platform administration end-to-end, the communication skills to translate complexity into clear guidance for sellers, and the delivery instinct to follow through until the job is done — not just planned.

What you will be doing:

Platform Ownership and Administration

  • Own the day-to-day administration of the commercial sales technology platforms — Seismic (content enablement), Responsive and LinkedIn (seller intelligence) — keeping them configured, governed and available for the field.
  • Own super-admin and administrator access, SSO configuration, user roles and access controls — taking hands-on responsibility for the technical set-up and the business decisions around access, including clean transition and handover of these responsibilities.
  • Manage vendor and support interactions across the platform portfolio to keep systems running, resolve issues, and land upgrades and configuration changes on schedule.
  • Maintain clear documentation of configuration, access, ownership and support paths so the platforms are auditable, supportable, and never dependent on one person's memory.

AI Agents and MCP Enablement

  • Own the business-side setup, documentation and adoption of commercial AI agents and copilots — including the CIQ Training Agent, Sales Assistant Agent, FIS Procurement Assistant and Win/Loss Intelligence Advisor — configuring, testing, rolling out and supporting them for everyday seller use.
  • Own the business context and operating model for MCP server integration with Seismic and Responsive — defining, in clear business terms, how AI experiences connect to approved commercial systems and data.
  • Support in-flight pilots such as Othello.ai through use-case articulation, rollout planning, adoption tracking and success measurement.
  • Work with technical and security stakeholders to ensure integrations are set up correctly, and translate what they mean for users, support and ongoing ownership.
  • Sense-check new AI use cases for value, risk and adoption readiness before rollout — so what ships is practical and actually used, not just technically possible.

Renewal and Retention Intelligence

  • Own and maintain the Global Client Retention renewal intelligence dashboards as a reliable, business-facing reporting capability that commercial teams can trust and act on.
  • Keep the data usable and accurate — diagnose and fix issues as they arise, and improve dashboards based on how commercial teams actually use them in practice.
  • Translate dashboard output into clear, regular updates that drive commercial action rather than passive reporting.

Enablement, Technical Content and Adoption

  • Produce clear technical content and documentation — configuration guides, playbooks, one-page summaries, process maps and user how-to material that sellers can pick up and use without hand-holding.
  • Lead practical rollout and adoption activity: communications, training materials, readiness checklists and feedback loops for platform launches, AI agent releases and dashboard changes.
  • Support global users by diagnosing friction points, simplifying workflows and answering the day-to-day questions that keep adoption high across NA, EMEA and APAC.
  • Maintain a clear view of what is owned here versus what sits with enterprise IT, and know when to escalate — and how.

What you will need:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience administering enterprise sales technology or commercial platforms — owning configuration, access management and day-to-day operation, not just advising on it.
  • Hands-on experience configuring SSO, super-admin / administrator access, user roles and access controls — comfortable owning both the technical setup and the business decisions around access, including ownership transition.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear technical content and documentation — configuration guides, playbooks and user-facing how-to material that real users adopt.
  • Sufficient business understanding of integrations and MCP servers to own the business side, brief technical teams, and explain what they mean for users and support without jargon.
  • Practical, hands-on experience working with AI tools or agents in a business setting — configuring, rolling out and supporting them for real users, not just evaluating them.
  • A strong bias for execution and delivery — someone who owns the operational detail, follows through, and keeps systems running reliably. This is a role for a doer who enjoys ownership and getting things done well.
  • Comfort working independently in a global organization and moving work forward through influence rather than formal authority.

What you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Background in fintech, financial services, enterprise SaaS, revenue operations or commercial technology.
  • Experience with sales content, RFP / response management, seller-workflow platforms, commercial data tools or AI-enabled productivity tools.
  • Working knowledge of platform administration, access models, vendor management and basic security-review processes.
  • Experience creating adoption materials such as playbooks, one-page guides, process maps and training material that field teams actually use.
  • A practical view of how AI, automation and integrations reduce workflow friction when embedded in real work and kept simple — and where they don't.

What we offer you:

  • Opportunities to innovate in fintech
  • Inclusive and diverse team atmosphere
  • Professional and personal development
  • Resources to contribute to your community
  • Competitive salary and benefits
