This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Salesforce QA based in Canada.

This role offers the opportunity to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Salesforce solutions supporting critical business processes.You will work closely with delivery teams, developers, and business stakeholders to validate functional requirements and improve user experiences.The position requires a strong testing mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to contribute within agile project environments.You will be responsible for planning, executing, and improving testing activities across Salesforce implementations.The ideal candidate is proactive, independent, and comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.This is a great opportunity for a QA professional to apply Salesforce expertise while contributing to high-quality digital solutions.

Accountabilities: The Salesforce QA professional will be responsible for validating Salesforce applications, ensuring solutions meet business requirements, and supporting successful project delivery through effective testing practices.

  • Perform manual testing activities within Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
  • Analyze functional and non-functional requirements to design effective testing approaches.
  • Execute test scenarios, identify defects, document issues, and collaborate with delivery teams to resolve problems.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily SCRUM meetings, task updates, and project discussions.
  • Estimate testing efforts, monitor task progress, and support delivery milestones.
  • Collaborate with developers, administrators, and business stakeholders to ensure solution quality.
  • Contribute to improving testing processes, automation initiatives, and overall QA practices.
  • Support web services testing and explore automation frameworks where applicable.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has strong Salesforce QA experience, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and business teams.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working as a QA professional with Salesforce.com.
  • Hands-on experience performing manual testing for Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud implementations.
  • Experience working in agile environments and participating in SCRUM-based delivery processes.
  • Strong understanding of functional and non-functional testing methodologies.
  • Ability to estimate testing efforts and manage assigned tasks to meet project deadlines.
  • Experience with web services testing and knowledge of automation frameworks is a plus.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification or QA automation experience is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and quality.
  • Good communication, teamwork, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively solve technical challenges.
