Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis and Requirements Elicitation

  • Identify requirement gaps, conflicting expectations, upstream and downstream dependencies, and delivery risks.
  • Maintain end-to-end traceability from business objectives through requirements, implementation, testing, and production outcomes.

Duck Creek and P&C Insurance Expertise

  • Support Duck Creek cloud releases, feature evaluations, product upgrades, and capability-adoption planning.
  • Assess impacts across Policy, Billing, Insight, document generation, reporting, data, and external systems.

Product Ownership and Backlog Planning

  • Partner with product owners to define product vision, business capabilities, roadmaps, release plans, and measurable outcomes.

  • Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, product demonstrations, acceptance activities, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure technical enablers, non-functional requirements, platform upgrades, and technical-debt items receive appropriate roadmap consideration.

AI-Driven Business Workflow Optimization

  • Analyse end-to-end workflows and identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and AI-enabled decision support.
  • Define AI-enabled use cases across underwriting, policy servicing, billing, customer service, document processing, and operational workflows.
  • Partner with AI, data, architecture, risk, and engineering teams to translate opportunities into implementable business capabilities.
  • Evaluate use cases based on business value, feasibility, data availability, process readiness, risk, and expected ROI.
