What You'll Do - You'll Make the Moment

  • Monitor production systems, applications, dashboards, logs, alerts, and observability tools to identify and escalate issues affecting system reliability and performance.
  • Support Tier-1 and Tier-2 production incidents by assisting with troubleshooting, issue investigation, documentation, and resolution activities.
  • Partner with development, infrastructure, and vendor teams to maintain stable and reliable web, mobile, commerce, CMS, API, and cloud-hosted platforms.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of operational runbooks, support documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in incident response activities, root-cause analysis reviews, and post-incident improvement efforts.
  • Help identify opportunities for automation and contribute to scripts, tools, and self-service capabilities that improve operational efficiency.
  • Support monitoring, alerting, logging, synthetic testing, and reporting solutions that improve system visibility and operational awareness.
  • Assist with deployment validation, release readiness testing, environment support, and CI/CD activities as part of the software delivery lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with engineers to improve application performance, scalability, resiliency, and operational supportability.
  • Track and report service health indicators including availability, response times, system errors, and incident trends.
  • Understand and comply with all company privacy, security, accessibility, change management, and technology standards.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, production support reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent experience or technical training may be considered.
  • 0-3 years of experience in IT operations, software development, technical support, cloud operations, DevOps, system administration, or a related technology field.
  • Exposure to cloud-hosted applications, web platforms, APIs, mobile applications, or commerce systems preferred.
  • Basic experience with scripting languages, automation tools, source control, or development environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Exposure to monitoring, logging, CI/CD, containers, Sitecore, Azure, AWS, or related technologies is preferred but not required.
  • Certifications are not required but are encouraged. Relevant certifications may include:• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), AWS Cloud Practitioner, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, ITIL Foundation, Google Cloud Digital Leader, or similar cloud, DevOps, security, or operations certifications.
