The Graphic Designer is the team’s production workhorse, turning out the steady stream of marketing assets that keep DanceOne’s campaigns and events running. This individual contributor produces social graphics, email and web assets, and print-ready event collateral, adapting approved designs across placements and applying brand guidelines quickly and accurately across many concurrent requests.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Produce day-to-day marketing assets: social graphics, email headers, web banners, flyers, and program pages.
  • Resize, adapt, and version approved campaign designs across placements and specs.
  • Prep and package print-ready files for signage, banners, backdrops, and event collateral.
  • Support the design team with photo retouching, file organization, and asset library upkeep.
  • Apply brand guidelines accurately and incorporate feedback quickly across multiple concurrent requests.

  SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Solid graphic design fundamentals across digital and print.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong attention to detail with print production and file prep.
  • Ability to manage many requests at once and turn work around quickly.
  • Receptive to feedback and reliable with brand guidelines.
  • Enthusiasm for dance, events, and great design.

  QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years of design experience, in-house or agency.
  • Portfolio demonstrating production design and brand consistency.
  • Ability to work occasional weekends during peak event season.
