Full description

If you are looking for a meaningful career where people work and act with passion, rethink the existing and always strive to find the best solution - you have come to the right place. We develop future technologies to relentlessly make supply chains better.

We are a leader in supply chain software solutions, helping organizations streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.

As an OMS Technical Consultant, you will design, configure, integrate, and deploy Infios OMS solutions for global retail and eCommerce clients. Working from Bangalore within an offshore delivery model, you will contribute strong Java engineering expertise to scalable backend services, APIs, microservices, and order orchestration workflows. You will collaborate with enterprise architects and stakeholders across the US and EMEA to connect OMS capabilities with eCommerce, ERP, WMS, payment, and other external systems. Your work will span technical design, development, testing, cloud deployment, production readiness, and post-deployment support across distributed enterprise environments.

What a day in the life looks like:

  • Design scalable Infios OMS solutions, integration patterns, system data flows, and Java-based microservices architectures.
  • Configure and extend OMS components, pipelines, orchestration logic, business rules, workflows, and data models.
  • Develop reusable Java services, REST APIs, and custom extensions using Spring Boot and related Java frameworks.
  • Build and support integrations with eCommerce, ERP, WMS, payment, messaging, and other external systems.
  • Deploy and test OMS services using AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and, where applicable, Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Resolve technical issues, support SIT and UAT, and contribute to production deployments, hypercare, documentation, and effective handovers.

What you bring to the team:

  • At least five years of experience working with OMS or distributed commerce systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Infios, formerly Körber, OMS or a similar OMS platform.
  • Strong Java development expertise, including Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
  • Experience building scalable backend systems and working with event-driven architectures.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, with AWS preferred, and familiarity with CI/CD practices.
  • Knowledge of messaging frameworks such as Kafka or RabbitMQ and container technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes is preferred.
