Senior Financial Analyst, Revenue Growth Management at a Glance….
The Senior Financial Analyst, RGM will play a key role in defining and executing Hydration’s RGM strategy, including price, promotion, and price pack architecture. He/she will partner with BU Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations to build and execute various price and promotion plans.
What’s on the menu?
- Perform category, competitive, and channel analysis to inform broader RGM strategy including price pack architecture, profit pool assessment, promotion effectiveness, strategic price index, etc.
- Support the development and execution of Hydration RGM Strategic Themes based on portfolio objectives, brand jobs to be done, POS / PNL data, and P&L assessments
- Own RGM strategy for new product commercialization, including pricing, promotion, pack size, channel strategy, P&L creation, and more
- Complete post-mortems to determine performance of RGM initiatives and understand impacts to the commercial business, including ROI, volume lifts, velocities, market share, etc.
- Assist in development of annual price and promotional plans based on assessments of price curve, elasticity, etc.
- Drive execution of price and promotion plans by owning national list price changes, creating sell decks for sales teams, etc.

- Bachelor of Science in a quantitative field (i.e. Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Accounting, etc.) is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Revenue Management, Finance, Marketing, or Consulting is preferred
- Experience in CPG is preferred
- Demonstrated strong financial and analytical skills, as well as broad business acumen
- Demonstrated solid problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven capability to manage large sets of data in MS Excel
- Experience with syndicated data such as IRI, Nielsen, or relevant retail driven data is a plus

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$89,800.00 - $112,200.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
