The Contribution You’ll bring to this Role:
Justrite Safety Group is seeking a techno-functional Business Systems Analyst specializing in Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine). This remote-eligible role supports SyteLine, Infor Factory Track, Doc-Trak, and BarTender across the enterprise, pairing discrete manufacturing process knowledge with the technical skill to configure, report on, and integrate the ERP.

What You’ll Do at Justrite:
- Primary SyteLine support: troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and finance.
- Configure and extend SyteLine IDOs.
- Build reporting with Dataviews and Mongoose reporting.
- Maintain SyteLine planning (APS/MRP) setup and parameters.
- Support Factory Track, barcode scanning, BarTender, and Doc-Trak.
- Administer SyteLine security groups and form-level permissions.
- Support site rollouts and upgrades from requirements to go-live.
- Support EDI transactions and interfaces to other applications.
- Write functional specs, test plans, work instructions, and SOPs.
- Train and support users in their functional processes.
Your Skills and Expertise:
To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum:
- 5+ years as a techno-functional ERP analyst, SyteLine preferred.
- Deep SyteLine/ERP knowledge across discrete manufacturing and warehousing.
- Understanding of SyteLine planning (APS/MRP) setup and toolset.
- Ability to design, develop, test, and debug Syteline mods, T-SQL queries and procedures.
- Experience with SyteLine security group setup and management.
- Full implementation lifecycle, from discovery through support.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical design.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, live and virtual.
- Degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing or distribution.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Infor Syteline 9.x–10.x, Factory Track, Doc-Trak.
- Experience with EDI integrations and PO automation platforms
- Integration experience using middleware such as Boomi
- Experience working with cross functional teams across multiple time zones
Compensation:
The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $130,000to $145,000.
Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevant experience and performance. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets.
