Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to bridge the gap between the technical environment and the business. Each day, you will use data analytics to assess processes and outline problems, opportunities, and solutions, to support decisions for new or changed Information Systems (IS) solutions or services. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting constantly in the continual service improvement process.

This role is contributing to the Functional Technology Services - Legal & Integrity - Globally.
Main stakeholders are Core Integrity Function.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Providing business analysis, supplying technical and business process / data expertise, and supporting deci-sions for new or changed IS solutions/services within scope.
- Collecting and translating requirements for projects and changes into specifications for internal and external delivery parties.
- Applying related business processes knowledge to shape and align IS solution/services to build and deliver activities.
- Conducting advanced modelling activities for significant change programs.

Qualifications for the role
- You are immersed in and highly skilled in Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365 technologies, and business pro-cesses within the Integrity, Ethics & Compliance domain.
- You have 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, working closely with business stakeholders, develop-ment teams, and service delivery organizations to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Possess advanced knowledge of Azure DevOps, Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Service Management processes (ITIL), and requirements management methodologies.
- You are passionate about stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, process optimization, and driving con-tinuous improvement through collaboration and innovation.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or related discipline, with proven experience in business process analysis, requirements engineering, and solution design.
- You are at ease communicating in English, with the ability to engage effectively with global stakeholders across business and technical teams.
- Relevant Business Analysis, Agile, Scrum, or ITIL certifications are considered an advantage. A valid work permit/visa for the job location is required where applicable.
Optional "Nice to Have" qualifications:
- Experience supporting Ethics & Compliance, Integrity, Case Management, Whistleblower, Investigations, GDPR, or Regulatory Compliance processes.
- Familiarity with requirements gathering, process mapping, user story creation, UAT coordination, backlog management, and change management.
- Experience working in Agile delivery teams using Azure DevOps.
- Exposure to AI-enabled solutions, automation, reporting, and data governance initiatives.
