Job Title: Financial AnalystJob DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to play a crucial role in maintaining current pricing and quote information within the company system. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, partnering with various departments to resolve pricing and cost variances, and providing insights to support operational and financial decisions.

Responsibilities• Maintain current pricing and quote information in the company system.

  • Compare quoted pricing and margins against actual results.
  • Prepare and analyze gross margin, inventory, accounts receivable, and other financial reports.
  • Partner with Program Management, Procurement, Operations, and Supply Chain to resolve pricing and cost variances.
  • Analyze product costs, supplier price variances, manufacturing overhead, and work-order reporting.
  • Assist with customer quotes, pricing updates, and intercompany transfer-pricing accuracy.
  • Complete general ledger analysis, account reconciliations, journal entries, and monthly close activities.
  • Prepare standard and ad hoc reports to support operational and financial decisions.
  • Use Excel and other data tools to identify trends and communicate business insights.
  • Support factory planning, operational efficiencies, and process improvements.

Essential Skills• Proficiency in financial analysis and accounting.

  • Experience in financial reporting and using Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
  • Basic understanding of the general ledger.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and explain findings.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, or a related field.

  • Ability to manipulate data and build reports using Excel.
  • Curiosity and collaboration skills with a comfort in asking questions.

Work EnvironmentThis position is 100% onsite in Spokane, with working hours from 8am to 5pm. The work environment provides exposure to multiple areas of the business, including operations, supply chain, quoting, manufacturing finance, factory planning, and process improvements. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $68640.00/yr.
