In this role, you’ll:
- Lead one of our existing Platform teams (infra/DevOps) and keep delivery consistent and predictable.
- Own people leadership - hire, mentor, and develop engineers while keeping the team healthy and performing.
- Manage capacity, risk, and dependencies: plan realistically, unblock the team quickly, and handle escalations early.
- Align scope and priorities with the Director of Infrastructure, keeping stakeholders aligned and avoiding churn.
- Strengthen predictable operations - make sure ownership, incident flow, and escalation paths are clear and well-practiced.
Your skills & experience:
- Proven experience leading an engineering team (hiring, coaching, performance, delivery ownership).
- Strong stakeholder management: can translate business needs into a clear plan and keep people aligned.
- Pragmatic, ownership-driven mindset: can make trade-offs, push standards, and improve reliability without slowing the team down.
Nice to have:
- Background in platform infrastructure.
- Hands on Engineering experience.

- Gross salary: 5500 EUR/month - 7600 EUR/gross. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
