Technical Lead - Java Framework

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize the technical debt backlog.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation for the applications.
  • Handle infrastructure change requests.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on complex solution design.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure delivery quality and adherence to best practices.

Skills

  • Up to 15 years of experience in the platform/language/technology to be defined per hiring need.
  • Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment with global teams.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to delivery quality.
  • Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities market and GDPR.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology, JIRA, and Confluence (valued).
  • Experience in strategic projects.
  • Languages (written and spoken): English (mandatory), Spanish (valued).
  • Knowledge of the application's technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with these technologies
