Role Overview
This role focuses on driving business excellence through analytics, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. The Senior Business Analyst will partner with stakeholders across functions to deliver insights, standardize processes, and enable data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business excellence initiatives including process improvement, standardization, and governance
- Own regular MIS reporting, dashboards, and deep-dive analytics
- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable insights
- Create and maintain SOPs and documentation
- Partner with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Operations
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and PnL analysis
- Lead process improvement and governance initiatives
- Mentor junior analysts and support team development
Required Skills
- Strong Excel skills and data analysis expertaise
- Statistics, hypothesis testing, and data storytelling
