About the Job:

 

The Business Relationship Analyst will support the TICF Sales and Operations teams to address requests from existing TICF customers.  This position will also provide reporting on customer portfolios, adding value to TICF customers.

 

 

What You’ll Do:

 

Existing Fleet Management

  • Collaborate with TICF departments to process account requests and concerns
  • Support RSM team with customer account requests
  • Support Business Relationship Manager in the creation of data and graphics for customer presentations
  • Prepare financed assets reports for customers
  • Monitor department inbox and act on email requests
  • Interact directly with TICF customers to handle special requests

 

Growth and Partnership Opportunities

  • Analyze TICF portfolio and TMH fleet data to look for synergies and areas of alignment
  • Support Business Relationship Manager and work with TICF BI and Analytics team to create customer dashboard
  • Participate in key strategic initiatives supporting the growth of TICF’s customer base

 

Qualifications You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with knowledge of TICF systems and processes.
  • Ability to assess customer finance needs and develop solutions accordingly.
  • Demonstrate sound oral and written communications skills as well as the ability to organize their time and information.
  • The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
  • BA/BS in a business related subject of equivalent work experience.
