Your mission
We are looking for a dedicated IT System Administrator with a focus on IT Support and Microsoft Entra ID to strengthen our IT team. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for internal users and ensure the smooth operation of our IT workplace environment. Your work in IT support and infrastructure spans:
- You handle and resolve incoming requests in 1st and 2nd level IT support.
- You process support tickets efficiently and in compliance with defined SLAs using Atlassian ServiceDesk.
- You install, maintain, and manage hardware and software via Intune, supporting the configuration and use of workplace IT equipment.
- You manage user accounts and permissions in Microsoft Entra ID, ensuring data security and proper access control.
- You administer identities, groups, and access policies in Microsoft Entra ID, including Conditional Access and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- You support and maintain our Teams-based telephony solution, and provide training and ongoing support to end users.

- You have proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID administration and identity and access management.
- You have a solid understanding of IT support methodologies and service-oriented workflows.
- You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You combine high interpersonal and communication skills with a well-organized, structured way of working and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- You are proficient in English, both written and spoken, and are able to read and create technical documentation in English.
