Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with 5–8 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and deployment processes across both Cloud and On-Premises environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with modern DevOps tools, cloud platforms, containerization, automation, and monitoring while ensuring high availability, security, and scalability of enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment.
  • Manage infrastructure across both Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and On-Premises environments.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation, or Ansible).
  • Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
  • Monitor system health, performance, and availability using monitoring and logging tools.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to streamline release processes.
  • Implement security best practices, access controls, and compliance standards within DevOps pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure, and production issues to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Manage source code repositories and branching strategies using Git.
  • Support disaster recovery, backup, and high-availability solutions.

Requirements

Required Skills

  • 5–8 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer.
  • Strong experience with Cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Hands-on experience managing On-Premises infrastructure (Windows/Linux Servers, VMware, Networking, Storage).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Bamboo.
  • Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or similar container orchestration platforms.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or ARM Templates.
  • Proficiency in scripting using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
  • Experience with Git version control and repository management.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, Datadog, or Nagios.
  • Good understanding of networking, DNS, load balancers, SSL/TLS, firewalls, and security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with hybrid cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and security automation.
  • Experience with configuration management tools.
  • Relevant Cloud or Kubernetes certifications are a plus.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
