Salesforce Administrator (Security, Data & Environment Control) Role Summary We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support the data, security, and compliance aspects of the Skience decommission program. This role is critical to ensuring data integrity, audit readiness, and platform stability throughout the transition. Key Responsibilities Manage profiles, permission sets, and role-based access Implement read-only data controls for Skience data post-decommission Support data audits, field history tracking, and compliance validation Assist with sandbox management, deployments, and cutover activities Support reporting and monitoring during hypercare Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience Strong expertise in Salesforce security and access control Experience supporting regulated data environments Hands-on experience with sandbox and release coordination Preferred / Nice to Have Experience supporting Financial Services Cloud or wealth platforms Exposure to audit, compliance, or regulatory review cycles Familiarity with managed package impacts on security and data
