Responsibilities:• Design and support integrations between Salesforce and CLM systems, preferably Sirion CLM.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and definei

integration solutions.

  • Identify, map, validate, and synchronize data attributes between Salesforce and target CLM systems.
  • Design, test, troubleshoot, and support API endpoints (REST/SOAP) and integration flows.
  • Build and maintain integrations using middleware platforms such as SnapLogic.
  • Prepare and maintain integration design documentation and technical specifications.
  • Participate in integration testing, defect resolution, deployment, and release activities.
  • Provide HyperCare and post-go-live support during the stabilization phase, ensuring timely issue resolution and

business continuity.

  • Support continuous improvement by recommending integration best practices, monitoring approaches, and

support procedures.

Qualifications:• Strong experience in Salesforce integration and API enablement.

  • Solid understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes and tools, with Sirion CLM preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with SnapLogic or similar middleware/integration platforms.
  • Proven ability to identify, map, and validate data attributes between Salesforce and external systems.
  • Expertise in API endpoint design, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience working with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting integration design documentation, testing, deployment, and release activities.
  • Ability to provide HyperCare and post-go-live support during the stabilization phase.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
