We are looking for a Senior Java Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade microservices solutions. In this role, you will develop secure, scalable, and high-performance backend applications using Java and modern cloud-native technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams, contribute to CI/CD practices, and help deliver production-ready solutions that meet business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level Java applications

Develop backend microservices using modern software engineering practices
Contribute to the improvement of development, build, and deployment processes
Design and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions
Develop and integrate messaging-based and event-driven services
Implement OAuth authentication and authorization mechanisms
Develop unit and integration tests to ensure software quality
Support system deployment, configuration, and CI/CD pipeline implementation
Collaborate with Agile teams throughout the software development lifecycle
Participate in effort estimation, code reviews, and technical discussions
Produce and maintain technical documentation
Follow secure coding practices and implement logging and auditing mechanisms
Develop high-quality code using Git and pull request workflows

Requirements• University degree (minimum 3-year Bachelor's) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

Expert-level professional experience, including:
At least 9 years of relevant experience after obtaining a 4-year university degree, or
At least 10 years of relevant experience after obtaining a 3-year university degree

Extensive experience developing enterprise Java applications
Strong experience designing and implementing microservices architectures
Experience with messaging technologies and event-driven systems
Strong experience with OAuth authentication and authorization
Experience developing REST APIs
Experience writing unit and integration tests
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Experience using Git and pull request workflows
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong understanding of secure coding principles, logging, and auditing
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Professional proficiency in English
