You will run projects at a NATO agency site in Mons, delivering inside agreed scope, time, cost and quality, to the agency's own project management directives.
What you will be doing
- Managing projects to stay within agreed scope, time, cost and quality tolerances
- Developing and maintaining project and resource plans, and detailed stage plans, in line with the agency's directives
- Reporting progress honestly and early, including when a plan stops being realistic
- Managing risks, issues, dependencies and change through the formal process
- Keeping deliverables moving to formal acceptance by the right stakeholders
What you will need
- Solid project management delivery experience in a large, structured organisation
- Comfort with formal methods, stage plans and defined governance rather than informal delivery
- Confident stakeholder reporting and command of risks, issues and dependencies
- Experience in a policy-driven environment with security requirements attached
