We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Pricing, Incentives & Payments team within Amazon's Last Mile Brazil organization. This role owns the operational interface and management of third-party vendors providing workforce staffing, food services, and transportation/shuttle services for our logistics operations.

In this role, you will manage vendor relationships, create and track internal payment orders, monitor operational data through spreadsheets and databases, and ensure all administrative and operational processes are executed within defined timelines. You will work cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and facility teams to ensure seamless vendor service delivery.

Key job responsibilities

  • Manage the interface and follow-up with workforce staffing, food services, and transportation/shuttle vendors
  • Monitor administrative and operational processes related to services provided by vendors
  • Create internal payment orders and track their workflow through to completion
  • Monitor and control operational information through spreadsheets and databases
  • Manage and track processes, ensuring organization, execution, and compliance with deadlines
  • Simultaneously manage different vendors and service types, ensuring adequate tracking of all demands
  • Run reconciliation controls between projected, invoiced, and paid amounts
  • Automate payment processes increasing efficiency, traceability, and scalability

A day in the life In your daily role, you'll manage the interface between Amazon operations and multiple third-party vendors, combining organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication to ensure all services are paid on time and within quality standards. You'll develop strong stakeholder management skills by coordinating with vendors of different service categories simultaneously. You will create and track payment orders, follow up on administrative processes, and maintain operational dashboards and spreadsheets that provide visibility to the broader team. This role builds your ability to work within structured processes while developing ownership and accountability for your deliverables. About the team The Pricing, Incentives & Payments team is part of Amazon Logistics' Partner Strategy & Experience organization. The team sits within a broader strategic structure that also covers Compliance & Communications, Network Health & Performance, and VAS & DA Experience, working cross-functionally to support Amazon's Last Mile growth in Brazil. The team works cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and HR to maintain service continuity and drive process improvements.

Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Business Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field - Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines - Experience working with a cross functional team - Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation, tracking, and report generation - Ability to follow established processes and SOPs with consistency and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in managing finance operations for accounts payable, accounts receivable or payroll - Experience in vendor management, administrative operations, or logistics support services - Intermediate English proficiency
