What makes your job special
- Analysis of existing business processes and development of innovative solutions for our clients in the financial industry (banks & asset managers)
- Implementation of digitalisation initiatives, as well as requirements engineering, conceptualising, designing and optimising business processes – with the aim of translating digital and AI-driven approaches into practical, value-adding solutions for clients
- Specification of banking solutions (business concepts, user stories)
- Communication and coordination with business units, interdisciplinary project teams, and other project stakeholders
What we want from you
- At least three years professional and project experience at a consulting firm, a bank or infinancial services
- Strong knowledge of banking processes and requirements
- Excellent methodological skills in business analysis, requirements engineering and project management as well as the ability to effectively apply and further develop modern digital and AI-enabled solutions
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Financeor a comparable field
- Fluent in written and spoken English (C1-Level) and Portuguese (C1-Level)
