Senior DevOps Engineer - Intelligence Layer & Data Delivery

Help build the intelligence layer that turns complex data into better decisions.

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join the WIB Intelligence Layer & Data Platforms engineering team. Bring your cloud, automation and data-platform expertise to complex institutional banking challenges while helping shape a secure, scalable Snowflake platform across Microsoft Azure and AWS.

How you will make an impact

• Design multi-tenant Snowflake account structures, including Dev, Test and Production segmentation, role-based access control, cost controls and reporting.

• Develop secure, scalable integration patterns and data pipelines across Azure, AWS and enterprise platforms.

• Build and operationalise a Snowflake-based intelligence layer supporting analytics, AI/ML and LLM service integration.

• Monitor platform performance, apply cost-control strategies and uphold security and governance standards.

• Enable reliable pipelines and APIs connecting key enterprise platforms and downstream systems.

What you will bring

• 5+ years of hands-on Cloud and DevOps Engineering experience.

• Strong CI/CD, automation and production-grade platform engineering experience.

• Experience with data lakes, big data and secure data integration patterns.

• Multi-cloud capability across AWS, Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform.

• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication and collaboration skills.

• Commercial acumen and a practical approach to balancing performance, security and cost.

Highly regarded

• A degree or postgraduate qualification in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Financial services experience.

• Experience leading complex data engineering initiatives.
