Position summary
As a BOA Analyst you will be in charge of performing daily e-commerce activities to our markets, such as:
*Ensure online customer registration. *Process orders and account updates in a timely manner before the cut-off time to secure smooth and timely delivery of the orders. *Identify and prevent fraud through internet channel. *Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of services delivered to the Markets in accordance with Service Level Agreements as agreed and signed with the Market and Nespresso HQ.
