Key Responsibilities
- Perform field execution activities including installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of systems under supervision.
- Support intermediate-level design activities, including reviewing system layouts, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Participate in project delivery by assisting in system integration, configuration, and optimization activities.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols during execution.
- Provide technical support in resolving onsite issues and ensuring smooth system functionality.
- Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance activities as part of O&M support.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for effective project execution.
- Maintain proper documentation of site activities, reports, and system changes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred) with minimum 1 year of relevant experience
OR
- Diploma / 2-year technical degree with minimum 6 years of relevant field experience
OR
- Equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience
- Experience:
- Exposure to field execution, system implementation, or maintenance activities
- Basic understanding of system integration and configuration
Required Skills & Competencies
- Basic technical knowledge of systems installation and commissioning
- Understanding of system integration and field operations
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in field environments and handle site challenges
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to travel for site assignments
Preferred Skills
- Experience in HVAC / BMS / Fire / Security systems (if applicable)
- Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations
- Exposure to O&M (Operations & Maintenance) activities
