Summary
We’re looking for a highly creative and versatile Graphic Designer to join our in-house Marketing team. This role plays a key part in shaping the visual expression of our brands across multiple channels and formats, including print, digital, retail, packaging, e-commerce, and more. You’ll collaborate closely with the Art Director to develop bold, strategic design solutions that elevate the brand, drive engagement, and support business goals. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, is comfortable managing multiple projects at once, and embraces modern design tools, AI-powered workflows, and DAM systems to work efficiently without sacrificing quality or creativity.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality digital and print assets that reflect brand identity and meet design specifications across channels.
- Design and optimize visuals for Amazon Storefronts, A+ Content, product listings, and banners with performance and conversion in mind.
- Develop graphics for email marketing campaigns, social media, retail displays, and packaging—especially for our line of dietary supplements—as well as content for both digital and printed materials, such as magazines (print & digital versions). Requires strong understanding of designing specifically for web and responsive environments.
- Bring extensive experience in packaging design, labels, POP displays, shipping boxes, and a wide range of printed collateral.
- Collaborate with the art director, brand managers, and other departments to bring concepts to life, ensuring creative alignment with business goals.
- Incorporate feedback from the senior art director, brand managers, leadership, and stakeholders to revise and refine creative assets.
- Demonstrate the ability to work and develop creative assets in both English and Spanish, ensuring cultural and linguistic accuracy across deliverables.
- Ensure brand consistency and quality across all materials while adapting to the needs of different brands or product lines.
- Leverage AI-powered design tools—such as Photoshop’s Generative Fill and other intuitive solutions—to enhance creative output, accelerate production, and streamline workflows.
- Prepare and deliver production-ready files for print and digital platforms, adhering to specifications, resolution standards, and file structures.
- Manage, tag, and maintain assets using digital asset management (DAM) systems and servers to ensure accessibility and proper version control.
- Retouch and manipulate product or lifestyle imagery with precision and attention to detail.
- Develop visualizations and layouts that clearly convey complex messages or promotional objectives.
- Maintain accurate documentation for regulatory processes and change control requests when needed.
- Assume responsibility for working independently on selected days in the absence of the senior art director, demonstrating the ability to self-evaluate work at a high standard, reviewing and approving designs from other team members exclusively during the art director's absence, and providing constructive feedback to foster a collaborative team environment.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines, prioritizing effectively under pressure.
- Support additional marketing and design tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Associate’s degree or higher in graphic design or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably working with consumer-facing brands.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, e-commerce, print, and branding work required.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat).
- Experience using DAM systems for asset organization and file management.
- Experience working with Wrike is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Creative and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, line composition, color, and other graphic design fundamentals.
- Proficient knowledge of bleeds, safe page margins, and crop marks.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
Physical/Work Environment/Expectations

- Operate in a professional office environment.
- Constantly use work-related equipment.
- To use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- To sit for long periods of time (up to 10 hours per day).
- To lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
- Ability to work a part-time schedule, with the flexibility to work additional hours depending on business demands.
- Ability to come on-site for business needs.
