  • Drive accountability, transparency, and delivery discipline across near-shore software development teams, ensuring clear expectations, consistent communication, and reliable execution.
  • Lead implementation of enterprise SaaS and commercial software platforms, overseeing planning, configuration, integrations, testing, training, deployment, and adoption.
  • Coordinate software vendors, implementation consultants, internal IT teams, cybersecurity, data teams, and business process owners to deliver integrated, secure, and scalable solutions.
  • Oversee data migration, interface development, user acceptance testing, cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-launch support, ensuring stable and successful transitions to new systems.

  • Serve as the communication bridge among C-level executives, department leaders, business users, technical teams, vendors, and near-shore partners, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment.
  • Translate technical risks, constraints, and dependencies into clear business language and decision-ready recommendations that support executive understanding and timely decisions.
  • Adapt communication style and level of detail for audiences ranging from executives to entry-level contributors, tailoring content to drive engagement and clarity.
  • Build alignment, resolve conflicts, facilitate decisions, and maintain momentum across distributed teams and time zones, fostering collaboration and a strong delivery culture.
  • Support and coach teams on Agile practices, helping them balance iterative delivery with enterprise governance requirements and compliance needs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project management and delivery processes by sharing best practices, lessons learned, and opportunities for optimization.
