Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Financial Analyst Professional, you will apply financial expertise to support strategic goals and optimal fiscal health.Every day you will analyze financial data, interpret complex information, and communicate findings or recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial processes.To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to guide informed financial decisions.
- AP and RSS Matrix approvals
- Physician Logs and bonus plans
- Assists in budget preparation.
- LBI Administrator/Monthly reporting
- Timely and accurate preparation of month end reports for Medical Center activity
- Other duties and reporting as required within the finance department
Job Requirements
Required
- High School Graduate of General Studies
- Minimum of three (3) years in a business environment, or new graduate, with exposure to financial information and participation in financial and/or productivity and/or statistical reporting
- Experience in a database environment developing new queries and reports is critical
Preferred
- Bachelors Degree
- Previous Healthcare experience helpful
