Position Summary The Salesforce Sales Associate Administrator is responsible for supporting the development and optimization of a 15-year-old Salesforce Org of moderate complexity with an extensive code base. They will work in tandem with a team of administrators, business analysts, developers, and a solution architect. They will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of platform operations across the Salesforce environment, including configuration enhancements, monitoring of platform technical health, and third-party application integrations, while maintaining a stable, scalable, and business-aligned platform that supports operational priorities and evolving business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to) Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
  • Advanced UI/UX improvements.
  • Completion of user support tickets.
  • Specialized skillset for org add-ons such as Marketo, Data Loader, FormAssembly, etc.
  • All aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules.
  • User Acceptance/Regression Testing support.
  • Data integrity.
  • Maintenance of org health
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce updates, best practices, and emerging trend.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of distinguished Salesforce Administrator experience.
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications: Certified Salesforce Administrator.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years of distinguished Salesforce Administrator experience.
  • 2 years within a Sales or Sales Enablement organization.
  • Ability to create advanced Flows and convert legacy Process Builders and Workflows.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing custom objects, fields, formulas, and validation rules.
  • Strong understanding of the Aetna business.
  • Experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation tools.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
